Raku
Raku is one of the top Japanese restaurants in Vegas, with a menu of oden recipes and robata cooking.
Osaka Japanese Bistro
An old-school spot right off the Strip, Osaka Bistro serves Japanese small plates and sushi, and has a great late-night menu.
Wakuda
If you want to totally ball out, head to Wakuda's secret omakase room. The neon lighting and extremely fresh sushi make every part of Wakuda very, very cool.
Izakaya Go
The reverse Happy Hour at Izakaya Go in Chinatown is an amazing deal, but their menu of Japanese small plates is already super reasonably priced.
Nobu
Nobu might have locations all around the world, but the one in Caesar’s Palace is a consistently great upscale option for a celebratory night.
Hatsumi
Hatsumi is a Japanese restaurant downtown with a long bar and a few booths where you’ll eat skewers and interesting small plates.
Jinya Ramen Bar
If you eat one bowl of ramen in Vegas, it should be at Jinya in Chinatown - there might be a wait but it’s worth it.
Other Mama
Other Mama in Spring Valley might be small - under 50 seats - but it’s still one of our favorite places for high-quality and creative seafood.
