We don’t know of any Downtown spot that makes multiple kinds of fresh tortillas and nixtamalizes heirloom corn—except Papalo Taqueria. The counter-service spot inside Finn Hall makes excellent Mexican-style tacos and enchiladas, like one stuffed with tender brisket.
