Like getting all three red properties in Monopoly, the team behind Ramen Wasabi continues its Logan Square domination with Nomonomo Sushi, their third restaurant in the area. Stick to the simpler nigiri and maki—it’s the best way to enjoy cuts of fish like otoro or salmon, and their well-seasoned rice. Nomonomo has more creative dishes, but ingredients like foie gras or truffle aioli overpower the delicate flavor of the seafood. Most of the seating in the softly lit dining room is tables for two and cozy booths, so this spot works particularly well for dates.
