Scooter's Frozen Custard

The frozen custard at Scooter’s is thick and delicious, and is better than most ice cream. This cute little corner shop in Lakeview makes their custard fresh daily, so flavors rotate. But the very nice people at Scooter’s post their weekly flavor schedule 10 days out on the website, so you won’t miss an opportunity to get a cup of english toffee or chocolate marshmallow. Or get one of their concretes. You can make your own with 30 different mix-ins and flavorings, but the blueberry pie special or the always-available PB&J (vanilla custard blended with liquid peanut butter and black raspberry topping) are excellent.
