But Sable in the Hotel Palomar is pretty great if you’re looking for a low-key place to catch up with someone downtown. It’s cozy and relaxed inside - and they have good bar food (like truffle popcorn and a solid burger) not to mention a long whiskey menu that you can navigate while killing time downtown.
