Jimmy's is a Humboldt Park hot dog stand that's been around since 1954. This cash-only family-owned spot has refused to serve ketchup since it opened, and is credited for why all hog dog-law-abiding Chicagoans hate it. They use Vienna dogs, and serve depression-style dogs (with yellow mustard, chopped white onions, sweet relish, dill pickle spear, and sport peppers). The best order here is a red hot and a Polish with fries.
