Chicago's food truck game might not be as good as some of the coastal cities, but we make up for in supermarket taquerias. Carnicerias Guanajuato is located in the back of a grocery store in Wicker Park, and their tacos are loaded with so much meat, they’re almost a fork-and-knife operation. Get the standard one with cilantro and onion, definitely use the spicy red and green salsas on the table, and maybe get some guacamole too.
