One of the best ways to eat steak and eggs is in sandwich form at Bia’s Cafe Marianao in Irving Park (there's also another location in Dunning). It's out favorite thing at this counter service Cuban spot—thinly sliced, juicy, and peppery steak, and a great supporting cast of grilled onions, tomato, melted cheese, and a crackly long roll. They also have a tasty Cubano as well some delicious churros and pastelitos filled with guava and cheese. And if you need a pick-me up, feel free to get a colada, too.
