Saigon Hut
Saigon Hut is less of a hut and more of a dimly lit restaurant with a wall of mirrors that reminds you of that barre studio membership you’ve neglected for six months. But technicalities and the questionable interior aside, this is one of only two Vietnamese restaurants in East Boston. The menu is huge, but you should limit yourself to the grilled meat and noodles sections. The classics like phở and fresh spring rolls will satisfy a craving, but are otherwise unremarkable.
