With colorful string lights, loud wallpaper, and photos of Salvador Dali all over the place, Estragon looks like the apartment of a manic pixie dream girl. We mean that in the best way possible, because Estragon will keep you entertained even if you’re just sitting at the bar by yourself. The black sausage and garlic shrimp are reliably good, and if you want to explore the menu without hurting your wallet too much, get to their Happy Hour when at least 14 dishes are priced under $5.
