Coogan’s is a fairly standard Irish pub Downtown. It’s mostly known for serving really cheap beer, including $1 drafts, which brings in a lot of college kids, in addition to the usual Downtown after-work crowd. It has food, but unless you’ve been hitting the dollar drafts a little too hard, you’re not going to want it.
