BLR is one of the coolest restaurants in Chinatown, a dark, lantern-lit basement place with really good small plates. The bone marrow is something we’d always eat, and if you come with a group you can do some fun shared plates like the pig’s head bao. This is probably your best bet in the neighborhood for a date night spot or a business meal.
