Babbo Pizzeria

Babbo is a big Italian place on Fan Pier. The pizza is among the best in the city, with lots of interesting toppings like fig, squash, and wild boar salami that sit on a light, puffy crust. It’s only been around for a few years, but in a neighborhood that’s already added two new restaurants in the time it took you to read this, that makes it one of the older places around. That means the buzz has worn off and you can usually get a walk-in table or a seat at one of their three big bars whenever you need one.
