If Boston was competing for the title of best Vietnamese food in the country, Anh Hong would be Exhibit A. Whether you’re looking for pho, hot pot, a seven-course beef meal, or perfect vermicelli noodles, you’ll find it at this casual, brightly-lit, sit-down restaurant in Fields Corner. We recommend starting with the marinated roasted quail, and then closing your eyes and picking your next dish completely at random.
