Vic and Al's
Where we've featured it
Vic and Al’s, the Cajun offshoot of popular food truck, Patrizi’s, was scheduled to open in April. Instead, they’ve converted the space into a service industry community kitchen, with a rotating daily meal for those in need. Reserve a time slot online, or you can make a donation to keep the kitchen operating. Learn more via their website.

Vic and Al’s is the newish Cajun restaurant from the folks behind ever-popular Patrizi’s with food like po’ boys and gumbo, both for takeout and delivery. They’re doing Louisiana-style cocktails - like Sazeracs and Roffignacs - that come vacuum-packed with all the necessary garnishes. There’s also the simply named cocktail, Orange Drink - it’s tequila, ginger cayenne simple syrup, carrot and orange juice.
