Smokin’ Brew-B-Q has a few trailers in the Austin area that all specialize in Central Texas-style barbecue—available a la carte, as sandwiches, and in taco form—including this location at Drinks Backyard in Pilot Knob, out near the Austin airport. True to the name, most of the meats incorporate some element of beer, whether that’s in the marinade or in cooking methods like beer can chicken.
