There are a few locations of Pueblo Viejo around town, including a trailer at Meanwhile Brewing, one of our favorite breweries in South Austin that’s also home to some other excellent trailers, including Distant Relatives and Side Eye Pie

You can order a simple, well-executed breakfast taco like a bacon, egg, and cheese, and there’s also a set menu of more composed breakfast tacos, like the Taco Bueno, a bright red jumble of egg, potato, cheese, and chorizo. And while most taco spots have two salsas (red and green), Pueblo Viejo has five: pico, tomatillo, creamy jalapeno, roasted habanero, and habanero and ghost chili.
