Provision Dining House

The New American restaurant Provision Dining House originally opened in October 2019 on Braker Lane in North Austin only to close in June 2020. Like a restaurant phoenix, Provision has risen from the ashes and reopened in the Triangle in a space previously occupied by a Maudie’s. On the menu you will find things like a burger, a farro bowl, a rotisserie half chicken, and short rib ragout. On Fridays and Saturdays they serve a Midwest-style prime rib with a baked potato and horseradish cream sauce.
