Jade Restaurant

The menu at Jade feels like one of those long scrolls that just keeps unraveling to reveal more and more dishes, spanning everything from Vietnamese shaken beef to Thai basil chicken to Shanghai soup dumplings. There are a lot of directions to go here, and the good news is that none of them are bad. But unless you’ve never left West Lake, they also won’t be the best versions you’ve ever had, either. Show up on the weekends when you can order off the special dim sum menu that’ll satisfy most dumpling cravings, then upgrade the whole meal with an order of double lobster tail pan-fried noodles.
