Despite its positioning between Uchi and Odd Duck, Gibson Street Bar is a pretty casual spot to grab a drink on South Lamar. Inside, expect to find lots of booths in a pretty dark space that’s great for escaping the Texas sun, and there’s also a large, two-story back patio that spills out into the parking lot. You’ll usually find about a dozen beers on draft, plus seasonal cocktails, wine, and something cold and boozy coming out of the frozen machine on any given night.
