Look Cinemas in Brookhaven is easily one of the best places to watch a movie in the city. You won’t find the usual sticky floors and overwhelming smell of fake butter-flavored popcorn at this movie theater. Instead, Look’s lobby has a swanky bar, exposed stone and brick walls, and leather sofas to lounge on as you sip cocktails. The grand setup continues inside with cushioned recliners and swiveling tables at each seat. Order entire meals via a QR code on your table, so if a salad or salmon craving hits mid-movie, then you’re set. Their soft-crusted, sauce-heavy pizzas are the standouts, but other crowd favorites are the mini sliders with a delicious creamy sauce and the buffalo chicken wrap that tastes smoky rather than spicy.
