Sitting just off the Eastside BeltLine trail, Bully Boy is a relaxed, Japanese-leaning seafood spot where you can take a small group to enjoy a massive menu of top-notch small plates. Newcomers join the parade of cars circling the parking lot trying to decipher how to park legally without the danger of being towed. But regulars, all too familiar with the nightmares of parking here, know to use Two Urban Licks’s valet. Once inside, an oasis of greenery, with potted plants and trees stuffed between virtually every table, awaits. The noisy garden-esque setting pairs well with the shareable kaiseki-style menu packed with oysters and solid sushi rolls. But to really make the most of dinner here get the seared scallops with a creamy risotto or the flaky red snapper that comes out whole.
