Stella Fiore parks on the corner of Boren and Thomas on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, and serves some seriously good Neapolitan wood-fired pizza. Options range from a classic margherita to a spicy Thai chicken pie. Just be warned that the crust has a considerable amount of delicious char, so maybe don’t wear white if you can help it.
Dino’s is one of few places in Seattle that knows how to do Grandma-style pizza. It’s one of our favorite spots on Capitol Hill for dinner and drinks.
