This place used to be a flower shop, but is now a pretty cool college bar. The ceiling is all mirrors, the tables have paintings on them, and drink-wise, you want the $5 margaritas and mojitos that actually taste good.
In addition to having one of our favorite patios in town, Agua Verde in the University District has excellent frozen margaritas and fish tacos.
Rachel’s Ginger Beer in the University District serves housemade sodas, as well as fried chicken from Ma’ono.
When you want a theme bar kind of night, go to Unicorn on Capitol Hill. You’ll find corndogs, arcade games, and a long list of sugary cocktails.
