Melinda’s is a bar and restaurant that used to be located in Wynwood. When it was there, it felt like more of a bar, but their new Downtown location is more of a restaurant, with oysters, pizza, and tacos. You can also still come here just to drink, especially during Happy Hour (Wed-Sun from 5-7pm).
The Corner is a Downtown bar good for Happy Hour or a place to drink when everywhere else is closed.
Tomorrowland is a mostly outdoor bar in Downtown that works for Happy Hour or really any time you want to drink outside.
Kush is a Miami classic for a casual burger and a beer. It's also one of the best places to hide from Wynwood, while being inside of Wynwood.
Fooq’s is a Downtown spot that serves very good Persian food in a space stylish enough to bring a date.
