Folks might be more familiar with the Argentinian steakhouse’s Coral Gables location, but the one on Bird was their first. Here, you’ll find the same charcoal grill filled with meat by the entrance. But this particular Graziano’s has a bit more gaucho flair, with its low wooden beam ceilings and stone wine cellar that looks like a cave. The meal always starts with bread and chimichurri, which you should save for your juicy ribeye. Plus, the by-the-glass selection here is by-the-quartino, meaning you get a quarter of a bottle of wine for around $16. For dessert, order pancakes. They’re rolled, filled with dulce de leche, and flambéed tableside with orange liqueur.
