Small Town is an American place in a bungalow space in Silver Lake. It’s set back from Rowena, with hard-to-spot signage - but once you find it, you’ll see a patio full of mostly Silver Lake residents eating good American-ish food. The food is all fresh and simple, and it’s hard to go wrong with anything from the short menu. Start with the sesame dinner rolls and one of the salads, and go from there. Next time you have a date or a catch-up meal with friends on the Eastside, this is a great place to do it.
