Dog Haus
DC's hot dog carts work for a post-museum quick eat, but when you want to really focus on a juicy glizzy, hit Dog Haus. This California chain serves over-the-top sausages on rows of King’s Hawaiian rolls, which are automatically fluffier and sweeter than your typical bun. Get the Reservoir Hog, a juicy kielbasa topped with spicy chili and a slightly sweet slaw, and pair it with the crispy tots and one of the 24 beers on tap. Head here when you’re in the mood to hang out with your friends in the middle of Dupont Circle’s action, but don’t want to get stuck in an overcrowded bar or club.
